We are looking for an organised, reliable freelance partner based permanently in Amsterdam to manage local inbound deliveries, identity-verified customer pickups and outbound parcel re-forwarding.

What you will do
Receive and safely store incoming client parcels at your Amsterdam location.
Coordinate pre-scheduled, in-person pickups with authorised clients.
Strictly verify valid government photo ID against collection manifests before handing over any shipment.
Prepare, label and drop off packages at local carrier points (DHL, Hermes, UPS) for forwarding when requested.
Maintain predictable local availability and communicate planned travel dates well in advance to ensure coverage.
What you bring
Permanent resident in Amsterdam with an address suitable for package delivery.
High integrity, punctuality and methodical record-keeping.
Fluent in English; conversational Dutch is strongly preferred.
Registered (or willing to register) as an independent contractor in Netherlands.
